Scope: Architecture (2-storey house with basement and pool)
A richly textured feature wall at the porte cochere presents an elusive front to this residence in Swettenham Road. Conceptualised by eco.id as an exclusive, private retreat, the pool of the house forms a nexus where living spaces open freely into. A stand-alone pavilion sits afloat in the pool. Deeply layered louvers laid in pattern lend interest to the house's internal facade where privacy is needed. The built-in area is 750 square metres.
