Nikki Beach in Riviera-like Porto Arabia is being master-planned and architected by eco.id. Private hotel guests have two options of luxe stays: the 12 waterfront villas and 9 water-view villas where there is direct access to the only private beach in Porto Arabia or the very private 26 garden villa keys secluded towards the back sitting amidst a lush landscaped oasis pool and garden. Altogether, the beach resort will comprise 47 beach and water-front villas.

Marking the entrance of the Porto Arabia Bay is a cluster of abstracted Arabic lamps surrounded by organic shaped terraces forming an island-like oasis. The resort architecture is a modern aesthetic inspired by vernacular extractions of traditional arabesque forms of the Mashrabiya windows and latticed screens.

The all-day dining and beach bar anchor the beach club cluster. The spaces are designed like a collection of open and semi-closed rooms, creating private and public interactions at different points. The latticed and onyx lantern screens the more private dining areas while the open terraces flow in and out of them culminating in a signature beach pool that meets the beach and ocean.
