Green Luxury Lakeside Town

Designed around a deep-water lake that is the life and eco-centre of the Estate, Blu°water Estate is an incredibly low density, gated community formed across 248 acres of green land. Led by Sim Boon Yang of eco.id, together with a team of like-minded individuals, LEEDS and the Environmental Resource Management of Malaysia, Blu°water will be a green luxury living sanctuary in the city of Kuala Lumpur.

Eco-Strategies
Blu°water Estate is a planet-friendly development that features 4 eco-strategies comprising landscape, water, waste and energy unifying the "green" with the "luxurious", to conceive a habitual environment that is clean, safe and contemporary. The development is built around a 51-acre lake that is over 100m deep and about 20% of the Estate's area is occupied by water and greenery.

The Blu°water Private Club
The club will be the anchor of the estate. Apart from extensive facilities to accommodate leisure needs, the Clubhouse has also been designed in accordance to LEEDS (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) standards and is equipped with infrastructure features such as a geothermal cooling system which draws cool water from the 100m deep lake to cool it.

The Blu°water Estate is nestled in the Klang Valley, just to the south of Kuala Lumpur in Seri Kembangan.
